Regeneration Work in Sutton
Broomleigh is working in partnership with the London Borough of Sutton, Rydon Construction, PTE Architects and Calford Seaden on an innovative approach to deliver a truly sustainable solution to the regeneration of Durand Close in Sutton.
In what is probably one of the first schemes in the country, the large-scale regeneration of the estate will provide almost 900 new homes of which 332 will be affordable along with a greatly improved environment, virtually without subsidy, through an innovative self-financing approach.
The project will see the demolition and redevelopment of two estates plus development on further sites of new homes and community facilities.
Paisley Terrace, providing 15 affordable homes for rent and 6 homes for shared ownership sale, is the first of these new schemes to be completed.
