BEST is made up of over 70 caretakers, cleaners, supervisors and trainees working across 100 sites providing the following services:

• Caretaking - providing quality cleaning services to communal areas, removing bulk rubbish as well as contributing to the well being of local communities.
• Ground maintenance - grass cutting, shrub bed maintenance and tree surgery is all carried out by BEST.
• Graffiti removal - our mobile team has invested in new cleaning equipment to help tackle this problem.
• Abandoned car removal - BEST has developed it's own scheme to remove abandoned vehicles.
• Light bulb changing - keeping communal lighting in good working order.
• Mobile repairs - minor repairs are undertaken for our sheltered housing residents.
• Weed spraying - many of BEST's staff are trained in the field of environmentally friendly weed spraying.
