The Leasehold Team deal with all aspects of leasehold management for Broomleigh.

If you have an enquiry on leasehold you can :
- Send a letter to Maple House, 157 – 159 Masons Hill, Bromley, Kent, BR2 9HY
- Telephone on 0208 313 3310
- Send an email to leasehold.enquiry@broomleigh.org.uk Please do not send emails to an individual as if they are away from work your email will remain in their inbox unread until they return and there will be a delay in it being answered.
- Property Managers do not have “geographical” patches. Any of them can deal with an issue or query.
If we cannot speak to you on the telephone when you call, we will return your call within 24 hours. At busy times such as April and October this will increase to 72 hours and we ask you to bear with us.
We aim to reply to letters sent by Royal Mail within 8 days and emails within 5 days. As with telephone calls this will increase to 10 days for postal mail and 8 days for emails in our busy time.
