Although only representing a small part of our Development programme at present Broomleigh are keen to develop the number of student bed spaces we can provide for Universities and Colleges.

Our first scheme to provide 56 en-suite rooms for Kingston College is now under construction and will be available for student occupation in early 2003.

Kingston College will retain nomination rights to the accommodation.
