We welcome your ideas on how we can improve our services. This leaflet explains how you can put forward a suggestion on any of our services.

Resident suggestion scheme

We welcome resident feedback and your ideas on how we can improve the services we provide. There are many opportunities to give feedback and ideas through the Federation of Broomleigh Residents, area forums, resident association meetings, focus groups and surveys. The Resident Suggestion Scheme is designed to give individuals the chance to comment on our services and give ideas for making improvements.

How does it work?

Residents can make suggestions by telephoning 020 8285 4100 and leaving a message on the answer phone, by sending an email to ihaveasuggestion@broomleigh.org.uk, in writing to any of our offices or by visiting our website www.broomleigh.org.uk.

You will be asked for your name and address so that we can let you know what we have done as a result of your suggestion.

All residents' suggestions will be reviewed by a panel of Federation of Broomleigh Residents' members and Broomleigh staff. The panel will recommend action to our Senior Management Team.

We will contact you to let you know what has happened to your suggestion. We will report to our Board every six months on the suggestions made and we will also publicise them annually in Home News.
